Request Appointment
Online appointment requests can be made 24/7. However, please allow up to 48 hours for a reply during normal business hours.
Please include your requested day and time for an appointment. Also, please specify the reason for your request, as this will help us in scheduling the appropriate time for your appointment.
*Due to traffic in the DMV area, and occasional delays with lengths of appointments, appointments will be scheduled with a 3 hour window for arrival time.
Please know that an appointment is NOT made at the time of completing the Appointment Request Form. A member of our staff will reply via email to inquire further about the appointment request.
Appointment requests submitted for the same day will be accommodated on a case-by-case basis depending on volume.
